Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate our core competencies, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to company policies.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register, handle equipment safely, and follow cleaning standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
