Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Are you looking for a dynamic career in retail? Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Process purchases, restock shelves, and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Provide stellar customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to lift and stock products of up to 45 pounds, as well as performing various physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in customer service and operating cash registers.
• Ability to handle equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
