Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a great shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
