Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Follow ALDI's Mindsets and Acts Competencies to provide outstanding customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Manage inventory, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
