Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, uphold document security, and handle data confidentially.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of general cleaning duties and following company procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
