Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and process customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.
• Contribute to inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
