Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's dedicated team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues to enhance operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company guidelines and ensure security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and follow cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Capable of multitasking, staying organized, and working both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience advantageous.
