Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and store maintenance
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
