Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! You will play a vital role in maintaining store operations by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. principles consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and stocking tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience being a plus.
