Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and that customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness standards in the store. You will collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks with attention to detail and follow the outlined guidelines for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Interact with customers to assist them during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address issues and provide feedback.
• Contribute to inventory management tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in using store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience considered a plus.
