Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team. As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, customers receive exceptional service, and the store is maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain shelves, and keep the store clean and organized
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Work independently and within a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
