Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the overall store appearance. This position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Physical Demands

The role requires stocking merchandise, handling products weighing up to 45 pounds, and performing various physical tasks within the store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Prior retail experience and High School Diploma preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with prior retail experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
