Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Take part in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures
• Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves, lifting weights up to 45 pounds, and operating equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service, operate a cash register, and follow company policies
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred
