Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team, you will contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Assist customers, provide exceptional service, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Support inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and efficient store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register proficiently.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
