Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
