Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and provides exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness, all while working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Ensure store inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
