Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our store maintains a clean and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
