Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and policies

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
