Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory management, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register.
• Capable of safely operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Meet any state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
