Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers. Working closely with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on product quality, inventory, and customer experience.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
