Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to an excellent shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers and work closely with team members and store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Adherence to company policies and procedures

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience will be considered
