Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store is organized, our shelves are stocked, and our customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers with their shopping experience, and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks with a focus on customer service and store maintenance.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a secure store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
