Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation, general cleaning, and applying company policies.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
• Combination of education and experience is considered.
