Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with shopping, cashier duties, and stock shelves
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to management regarding products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
