We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities

• Perform customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers during their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and contribute to inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Execute general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
