Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Meet all requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
