Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and monitor inventory
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Knowledge of operating a cash register
• Ability to handle merchandise and operate equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
