Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi, a dynamic company known for its exceptional customer service and commitment to employee satisfaction. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, keep shelves organized, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Capable of providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register
• Able to follow company policies, operate equipment, and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, prior retail experience preferred
• Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service
