Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide excellent customer service and support the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Contribute to store inventory activities and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently
• Safely handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Stay organized, attentive to detail, and multitask effectively
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
