Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining store operations, offering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. This entry-level position involves tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and general cleaning duties to ensure the store remains organized and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
