Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and engage with customers to provide outstanding service.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
