Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising products, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash register and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
