We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are displayed neatly. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
