Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products following company guidelines.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
