Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their retail experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficient in cash register operation and general cleaning duties.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions efficiently.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
