Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. principles consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with established company policies while ensuring document security
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
