Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store maintains its high standards. You will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, provide feedback on products, and uphold cash policies.
• Operate equipment efficiently and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Skills to interpret and follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
