Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate the cash register accurately while delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Monitor inventory levels, participate in inventory counts, and provide feedback on product issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform physical tasks in the store environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
