Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory management and contribute to store maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of carrying out general cleaning duties and operating store equipment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
