Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
