Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise products, operate the cashier, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate store equipment
• Work both independently and within a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
