Job Description: Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising product displays to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will be an essential part of our team. Your exceptional customer service skills and collaborative approach will contribute to the success of our store.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Compliance with company policies and standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
