Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
