Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of retail equipment and ability to perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
