Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will be an integral part of the store operations. Collaboration with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Comply with company policies while maintaining document security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment safely.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
