Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays organized
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Handle equipment safely and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
