Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store provides exceptional customer service and maintains a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
