Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
