Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain the store's cleanliness and neat merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
