Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and stocked. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Ability to safely use equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience desired.
